There are a few types of account-related problems:
This usually means you've logged in using the wrong method or email. Try signing in using a different login option (Google, Apple, etc.). You need to clear your cache in order to do this.
You'll need to recover your credentials through your login provider.
Unfortunately, we need your player ID to recover your account, and this can only be accessed by logging in. However, if you've played ranked multiplayer and had a unique username, we may still be able to help. Submit a support ticket with as many of the following details as possible:
Crashes can sometimes be caused by low RAM or background apps. Try restarting your device or closing other apps before launching the game.
If closing other apps or restarting the device doesn't resolve the issue and it happens often, there's a risk that your device is no longer compatible with the game in terms of performance.
If a disc you earned or purchased isn't showing up, please submit a support ticket including details of the missing disc.
If you made a purchase but didn't receive the item, it's usually due to a failed connection between our servers and your app store. In many cases, Google or Apple will automatically refund the purchase. If the issue hasn't resolved itself within 3 days, contact support and we can manually award the item.
